Drove relationships with strategic key accounts; identified upcoming projects in the consumer, communication and automotive markets, and oversaw the subsequent development of new Philips products and their technical support. Mentored global technical support and project teams of up to 40, across Europe, Asia and the US. Designed customer events, training, seminars and road shows with high level attendance.

  • Orchestrated numerous multi-country, technically complex programmes for go-to-market chip systems; serviced consumer markets, including major projects for existing client, Sharp, and new client, LG, plus enterprises for Italian and Spanish consumer manufacturers and broadcasters.

Transformed the customer laboratory from an analogue TV support centre to a system-on-a-chip consumer devices support environment.
