Hello!

Milan, San Francisco, Barcelona, London, Rome. These are some of the cities that I had the pleasure to call “home” at some point and they are all dear to me.

 As somebody who believes in the power of differences, I have based my personal and professional growth on the ability to see, respect and accept the world from different points of view: I love to learn how people interpret things and forge habits different from mine. 

To support that, I have developed a passion for street photography: I like to see how people from all over the world act, behave, react to predictable or unexpected situations. My trusted camera freezes the reactions and the point of view of others, exposing the filter of their ethnicity, their personality type, their religious affiliation, or their generational difference. I can then re-use their stories to feed my creativity as a tool to shape my decisions and behaviours.

I am also passionate about technology and how it can be instrumental to enriching our way of life. Curiosity for the technological advances fuels not only my personal life, but also my professional life.  

Today, within Microsoft’s Customer Success Unit, I lead a culturally diverse, geographically dispersed team, thriving for Diversity and Inclusion on a mission to create an environment where all can voice their opinions, where mistakes are tolerated and where the diversity of contributions from all can be treasured and combined.
